Finley ist ein verspielter, aufgeweckter und herrlich frecher Jungkater, der neugierig seine Umgebung erkundet und noch jede Menge Flausen im Kopf hat. Damit ihm weder Spielkamerad noch Sozialpartner fehlt, wird er in Wohnungshaltung nur zu einer bereits vorhandenen Jungkatze im ungefähr gleichen Alter vermittelt. Auch bei Finley muss die rassetypische Erbkrankheit Osteochondrodysplasie, kurz OCD, berücksichtigt werden. Die Genveränderung, die bei Scottish-Fold-Katzen die gefalteten Ohren verursacht, beeinträchtigt zugleich die Entwicklung von Knorpeln und Knochen. Dadurch können im Laufe seines Lebens Schmerzen, Gelenkveränderungen und Einschränkungen der Beweglichkeit auftreten. Seine zukünftigen Halter müssen sich daher vor der Adoption gründlich über OCD informieren und bereit sein, notwendige Kontrollen, Behandlungen und mögliche Folgekosten dauerhaft zu übernehmen.
