Not with us at our shelter! About Erwin, he is approximately 5.5 years old, came from Romania in 2021. Microchipped, last vaccinated and neutered in 2021. Weighs around 28 kg, shoulder height around 60 cm, well socialized with other dogs and generally reserved with other animals, exception squirrels! Loves to run and is good on a leash, perfect for biking and rollerblading. Erwin can wait alone and signals when he needs to go out. Erwin is very mistrustful of some men and has likely been beaten. Women are generally very sympathetic to him. People who are unsure make him unsure and everything he doesn’t know. He is very watchful and has a protective instinct. He is easy to train and is generally recallable. Erwin would be the perfect “2nd dog,” regardless of size and gender! No city dog! It is problem-free to put a collar, harness, or muzzle on him. He has a lot of temperament and a lot of strength, with a low frustration threshold, and needs time to adjust to new things. With his previous owners, Erwin came to the end of the pandemic too soon, was left alone, underutilized, and confined. During feeding, a “biting incident” finally occurred. Erwin has always behaved like a normal dog towards me, needs clear guidance, and is very eager to learn for a small reward. Nicht bei uns im Tierheim!Zur Geschichte von Erwin, er ist ca. 5,5 Jahre alt, kam 2021 aus Rumänien. Schutzvertrag leider immer noch nicht von den Vorbesitzerin erhalten. Gechipt, 2021 zuletzt geimpft & Kastriert. Ca. 28 KG, ca. 60 cm Schulterhöhe, gut sozialisiert mit anderen Hunden und zurück haltend mit anderen Tieren, Ausnahme Eichhörnchen! Läuft sehr gerne und ist gut an der Leine zu führen, Perfekt am Fahrrad und Tretroller. Er kann gut alleine warten und meldet sich wenn er raus muss. Erwin ist manchen Männern gegenüber sehr misstrauisch und sicherlich geschlagen worden. Frauen sind ihm meistens sehr sympathisch. Menschen die unsicher sind machen ihn auch unsicher und alles was er noch nicht kennt. Ist sehr wachsam und hat einen Beschützer Instinkt. Lässt sich gut führen und ist abrufbar (meistens). Erwin wäre sicherlich der perfekte “2. Hund ” Größe und Geschlecht egal! Kein Stadthund! Problemlos möglich ihm Halsband, Geschirr oder Maulkorb anzulegen. Hat viel Temperament und viel Kraft, wie auch geringe Frustrationsgrenze, braucht Zeit für Neues. Bei seinen Vorbesitzern kam Erwin mit dem Ende von Corona viel zu kurz, wurde alleine gelassen, zu wenig ausgelastet und weggesperrt. Beim Füttern kam es schließlich zu einem “Beißvorfall “. Erwin hat sich mir gegenüber immer wie ein ganz normaler Hund verhalten, braucht eine klare Führung und ist für eine kleine Belohnung sehr lernwillig.
