In the comfort of her own home, she is a social butterfly with her canine housemates and loves a spirited game of fetch. She is also a huge fan of physical affection, frequently nudging her favourite people for a well-deserved stroke or a cuddle. Vino does face some challenges that require an understanding and patient touch. She experiences significant “stranger danger” and is highly reactive when out on walks, often barking at passers-by or other dogs she doesn’t know. Because of her reactivity, she needs an owner who is well-acquainted with the breed and is committed to continuing her positive reinforcement training.
