Wacko is rather headstrong and tries to get his own way, so his new owners must stay firm with him and set clear rules. He is a wary dog who only builds trust after a certain amount of time, but then he trusts with his whole dog heart and becomes his person's best buddy. Wacko would be better off living as a single dog. He can only go to people with dog experience, and only to homes where there are no children or other animals.
