Our budgerigars want to finally leave the animal shelter aviary and move into their own home! Budgerigars are flock animals, so we can only rehome our cockatiels into an existing flock or naturally as a group. As they are very accustomed to each other, we rehome them as pairs at minimum, but there is no limit upwards as long as species-appropriate husbandry is ensured. For birds, a free flight is naturally the greatest! Therefore, a daily free flight and a large aviary with species-appropriate furnishings are essential to fulfill their natural flying needs. Unsere Wellensittiche möchten endlich die Tierheimvoliere verlassen und in ihr eigenes Zuhause ziehen! Wellensittiche sind Schwarmtiere, daher vermitteln wir unsere Sittiche nur in einen vorhandenen Schwarm oder natürliche gerne als Gruppe. Da sie sehr aneinander gewöhnt sind vermitteln wir sie mindestens als Pärchen, aber nach oben hin ist keine Grenze gegeben, solange eine artgerechte Haltung gewährleistet wird. Für Vögel ist Freiflug natürlich das Größte! Daher ist ein täglicher Freiflug und eine große Voliere mit einer artgerechten Einrichtung ein Muss, um das natürliche Flugbedürfnis ausleben zu können.
