Wilfried came to us as a surrender animal because his partner passed away. Before that, he lived with his brother, which probably worked out well. Now, he lives with the other giant rabbit Bonsai. Wilfried previously lived outdoors and could be rehomed back outside again. Unfortunately, the old man has a cold and should therefore only be adopted by similarly afflicted snuffles rabbits. Character-wise, he is typically a goldmine. He hops over immediately as soon as he sees you, always hoping for some food. Food is his favorite thing. And if you're not careful, he might already be holding a finger for a carrot and nibbling on it. Age-wise, he is already a bit calmer on the move, but still fit and jumps onto elevated levels as well. Wilfried kam als Abgabetier zu uns, weil sein Partnertier verstarb. Zuvor lebte er mit seinem Bruder zusammen, was wohl gut geklappt hat.Bei uns lebt er nun mit dem anderen Riesenkaninchen Bonsai zusammen. Wilfried lebte vorher in Außenhaltung und kann gerne wieder nach draußen vermittelt werden. Nur leider hat der alte Mann einen Schnupfen und sollte daher nur zu ebenfalls erkrankten Schnupferkaninchen ziehen. Charakterlich ist er rassetypisch ein Goldschatz. Er kommt sofort angehoppelt, immer in der Hoffnung er bekommt Futter. Denn Futter liebt er über alles. Und wenn man nicht aufpasst, kann er einen Finger schonmal für eine Karotte halten und reinbeißen. Altersgemäß ist er schon ruhiger unterwegs, aber dennoch fit und springt auch auf erhöhte Ebenen.
