Winston was found on the street with other dogs. We don't know what he has experienced in his life so far. But his behavior suggests that he has had to go through a lot. At just about 8 kg, Winston is a slender little dog - and is currently very reserved. He prefers to observe from a safe distance and needs people who don't demand anything from him, but give him the time he needs. Therefore, we are looking for a quiet, patient and understanding home for Wilson, where he can arrive at his own pace. Trust cannot be forced. With calmness, security and loving companionship, Winston will hopefully discover step by step that people also mean well to him and that a home of his own can be a beautiful place. Winston gets along well with other dogs. A confident and friendly first dog would even be a great help to him. Other dogs can give him security, provide orientation and help him find his way around his new surroundings more quickly. Cats have not been tested so far, but we can imagine that living with cats could be possible. Winston is not a dog for people who expect quick progress. He needs people with patience, empathy and a big heart who are willing to give him the time he needs. In return, a very special little companion may be waiting here who can eventually show what's really in him. ❤️ Who wants to show Winston that his past life doesn't have to determine his future?

Winston wurde gemeinsam mit anderen Hunden auf der Straße gefunden. Was er in seinem bisherigen Leben erlebt hat, wissen wir nicht. Aber sein Verhalten lässt vermuten, dass er schon einiges mitmachen musste. Mit seinen gerade einmal ca. 8 kg ist Winston ein zierlicher kleiner Hund – und momentan noch sehr zurückhaltend. Er beobachtet lieber aus sicherer Entfernung und braucht Menschen, die ihm nichts abverlangen, sondern ihm die Zeit geben, die er benötigt. Für Wilson suchen wir deshalb ein ruhiges, geduldiges und verständnisvolles Zuhause, in dem er in seinem eigenen Tempo ankommen darf. Vertrauen lässt sich nicht erzwingen. Mit Ruhe, Sicherheit und liebevoller Begleitung wird Winston hoffentlich Schritt für Schritt entdecken, dass Menschen es auch gut mit ihm meinen und ein eigenes Zuhause ein wunderschöner Ort sein kann. Mit anderen Hunden ist Winston gut verträglich. Ein souveräner und freundlicher Ersthund wäre für ihn sogar eine große Hilfe. Andere Hunde können ihm Sicherheit geben, Orientierung bieten und ihm dabei helfen, sich in seiner neuen Umgebung schneller zurechtzufinden. Katzen wurden bisher nicht getestet, wir können uns aber durchaus vorstellen, dass ein Zusammenleben mit Katzen möglich sein könnte. Winston ist kein Hund für Menschen, die schnelle Fortschritte erwarten. Er braucht Menschen mit Geduld, Empathie und einem großen Herzen, die bereit sind, ihm die Zeit zu schenken, die er braucht. Dafür wartet hier vielleicht ein ganz besonderer kleiner Begleiter, der irgendwann zeigen darf, was wirklich in ihm steckt. ❤️ Wer möchte Winston zeigen, dass sein bisheriges Leben nicht seine Zukunft bestimmen muss?
