Hij heeft een rustig karakter en staat relaxed in het leven. Zodra hij je ziet, gaat zijn staartje omhoog en komt hij enthousiast op je afgerend: meteen klaar voor een kroeltje. Yuki is wat bedachtzamer dan zijn broertje Mika en bekijkt nieuwe dingen graag eerst even van een afstand. Hij heeft gewoon iets meer tijd nodig om iets nieuws te vertrouwen. Wanneer de pleegmama op de grond zit, weet ook hij haar schoot moeiteloos te vinden voor een knuffel, een spelletje of een heerlijk dutje. Zijn broertje Mika is zijn actievere, onbesuisde maatje.
