Nos comunicaron sobre una perra que había dado a luz bajo un edificio vacío. La madre era muy desconfiada con nosotros y estaba haciendo un excelente trabajo con los cachorros, así que fuimos diariamente a alimentar a la perra y revisar a los cachorros. Un día cuando llegamos, ya no estaban allí. Más tarde descubrimos que los habían llevado y abandonado en el bosque. Logramos encontrarlos y llevarlos de vuelta al refugio. Shumba fue uno de esos cachorros. Aún está en el refugio y ahora es mayor, pero eso no lo detiene para ser un chico feliz y cariñoso.

We were contacted about a mother dog who had given birth under an empty building. The mother was very wary of us and was doing a great job with the babies so we would go daily to feed the mum and check on the pups. One day when we arrived they were gone. We later found out that they had been taken and dumped in the forest. We managed to find them and take them back to the shelter. Shumba was one of those pups. He is still at the shelter and is getting old now but that doesn't stop him from being a happy, loving boy.
