08-05-26 Gary est un jeune homme très doux et sensible qui nous a été envoyé par un éleveur. Il trouve actuellement l'interaction humaine très intimidante et peut être sensible au toucher, donc il a besoin de temps et de patience pour établir la confiance. Il est très inquiet et peut réagir en grognant s'il se sent effrayé lorsqu'on le prend, il est donc important que ses futurs adoptants adoptent une approche douce et non intrusive, et qu'ils lui permettent de venir à eux à son propre rythme. Bien qu'il soit encore nerveux, Gary commence à accepter des friandises de personnes qu'il connaît bien et avec lesquelles il a passé du temps, ce qui est un bel indicateur de progrès et montre son potentiel pour établir des relations de confiance. Gary trouve un grand réconfort auprès de ses amis dans la cage et a toujours vécu avec d'autres chiens, donc il aura besoin d'au moins un chien résident aimable et confiant dans sa nouvelle maison pour l'aider à s'orienter, le rassurer et lui montrer comment s'adapter. Étant donné que Gary n'a jamais vécu dans une maison auparavant, ses adoptants devront être compréhensifs pendant qu'il apprend l'éducation canine et la promenade en laisse. Il n'est pas encore habitué à la promenade en laisse, donc un jardin sécurisé sera essentiel, lui offrant un espace sûr pour explorer et gagner en confiance à son propre rythme. En raison de sa nature sensible, Gary recherche un foyer calme exclusif aux adultes avec une expérience d'élevage, où il pourra s'installer à son propre rythme sans pression. Il aura besoin de beaucoup de temps, d'amour et de rassurance, mais avec de la patience et de la constance, il continuera à progresser et à gagner en confiance. Gary est venu nous voir en manquant un œil, mais cela ne le ralentit pas du tout, si ce n'est qu'il ajoute à son charme unique et attachant. Gary est un petit prodige qui fait de son mieux dans un monde qu'il trouve très intimidant. Avec le bon soutien, il continuera à fleurir et à former un lien profond et fidèle avec sa future famille. 08-05-26 Gary is a very sweet and sensitive boy who has come to us from a breeder. He currently finds human interaction quite overwhelming and can be touch-sensitive, so he needs time and patience to build trust. He is very much on the worried side and can react by snapping if he becomes frightened when being picked up, so it’s important that his adopters take a gentle, hands-off approach and allow him to come to them in his own time. Although he is still nervous, Gary is beginning to take treats from people he knows well and has spent time with, which is a lovely sign of progress and shows his potential to build trusting relationships. Gary takes great comfort from his kennel friends and has always lived alongside other dogs, so he will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in his new home to help guide him, reassure him, and show him the ropes as he settles in. As Gary has never lived in a home before, his adopters will need to be understanding while he learns about house training and walking on a lead. He is not yet used to lead walking, so a secure garden will be essential, giving him a safe space to explore and build confidence at his own pace. Due to his sensitive nature, Gary is looking for a calm adult-only home with ex-breeding experience, where he can settle in at his own pace without pressure. He will need plenty of time, love, and reassurance, but with patience and consistency, he will continue to make progress and grow in confidence. Gary has come to us missing his left eye, but this doesn’t slow him down at all, if anything, it adds to his unique and endearing charm. Gary is a little superstar who is trying his best in a world he finds quite overwhelming. With the right support, he will continue to blossom and form a deep, loyal bond with his future family. At the time of castration, he has had 1 tooth removed. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
