Donny è un dolce ragazzo che ha già fatto molti progressi qui con noi e siamo sicuri che con un po' di tempo e pazienza non gli ci vorrà molto per sbocciare nella sua casa per sempre! Sarebbe utile se la nuova famiglia potesse visitarlo alcune volte qui al centro prima che sia pronto per andare a casa. Donny è un bel ragazzo che è arrivato da noi con poco background, quindi sta cercando una casa paziente e comprensiva che possa guidarlo dolcemente nel mondo della vita in casa. Il cibo è la lingua d'amore di Donny! La sua natura foodie sarà un grande vantaggio quando si tratta di insegnargli cose come l'addestramento alla pipì e aiutandolo a imparare a gestire il tempo da solo. È pieno di divertimento e scherzo e ha tanto amore da dare. Nuove esperienze e persone possono essere un po' intimidatorie per Donny, e dovrà indossare una museruola quando esce a passeggiare per tenere al sicuro lui e tutte le persone intorno a lui. È stato presentato all'addestramento alla museruola in modo gentile e basato sui premi, e un continuo rafforzamento positivo in casa lo aiuterà davvero a sentirsi più a suo agio. A Donny può spaventare incontrare nuove persone, ma con tempo e pazienza fa amicizia rapidamente. Sta cercando una casa con adulti solo e con pochi visitatori. Idealmente vorrebbe uno spazio sicuro in casa dove può ritirarsi quando si sente sovraccarico. Donny è veramente una farfalla sociale quando si tratta di fare amicizia con altri cani. Ha aiutato molti altri cani nei loro abilità sociali e ha aiutato a migliorare la fiducia dei nostri residenti timidi. Con la sua natura sociale pensiamo che potrebbe condividere felicemente la sua nuova casa con un altro cane. Con tempo, pazienza e tanti biscotti, Donny ha tutti i mezzi per sbocciare in un meraviglioso compagno.

Donny is a sweet boy who has already made so much progress here with us and we're sure with some time and patience it wont take him long to blossom in his forever home! It would be beneficial if his new family could visit him a few times here at the centre before he's ready to go home. Donny is a handsome lad who came to us with very little background, so he’s looking for a patient and understanding home that can gently guide him through the world of home life. Food is Donny’s love language! His foodie nature will be a great asset when it comes to teaching him things like housetraining and helping him learn how to cope with time alone. He's full of fun and mischief and has so much love to give. New experiences and people can be a little daunting for Donny, and he will need to wear a muzzle when out and about on his walkies to help keep him and everyone around him safe. He’s been introduced to muzzle training in a kind, reward-based way, and continued positive reinforcement in the home will really help him feel more comfortable. Donny can find meeting new people a scary experience, but with time and patience he soon makes friends. He's looking for a home with adults only and with minimal visitors. Ideally he would like a safe space in the home where he can retreat to when he may be feeling overwhelmed. Donny is a real social butterfly when it comes to making doggy pals. He's been helping lots of other dogs with their social skills and helping boost the confidence of our nervous residents. With his social nature we think he could happily share his new home with another dog. With time, patience, and plenty of treats, Donny has all the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion.
