Donny es un chico dulce que ya ha hecho mucho progreso aquí con nosotros y estamos seguros de que con algo de tiempo y paciencia no le tomará mucho tiempo florecer en su hogar para siempre. Sería beneficioso si su nueva familia lo visita varias veces en el centro antes de que esté listo para irse a casa. Donny es un chico guapo que llegó a nosotros con muy poca información, por lo tanto está buscando un hogar paciente y comprensivo que pueda guiarlo suavemente a través del mundo de la vida en casa. La comida es el idioma de amor de Donny. Su naturaleza comilona será una gran ventaja al enseñarle cosas como el entrenamiento para hacer sus necesidades afuera y ayudarle a aprender a manejar el tiempo solo. Está lleno de diversión y travesuras y tiene mucho amor para dar. Donny is a sweet boy who has already made so much progress here with us and we're sure with some time and patience it wont take him long to blossom in his forever home! It would be beneficial if his new family could visit him a few times here at the centre before he's ready to go home. Donny is a handsome lad who came to us with very little background, so he’s looking for a patient and understanding home that can gently guide him through the world of home life. Food is Donny’s love language! His foodie nature will be a great asset when it comes to teaching him things like housetraining and helping him learn how to cope with time alone. He's full of fun and mischief and has so much love to give. New experiences and people can be a little daunting for Donny, and he will need to wear a muzzle when out and about on his walkies to help keep him and everyone around him safe. He’s been introduced to muzzle training in a kind, reward-based way, and continued positive reinforcement in the home will really help him feel more comfortable. Donny can find meeting new people a scary experience, but with time and patience he soon makes friends. He's looking for a home with adults only and with minimal visitors. Ideally he would like a safe space in the home where he can retreat to when he may be feeling overwhelmed. Donny is a real social butterfly when it comes to making doggy pals. He's been helping lots of other dogs with their social skills and helping boost the confidence of our nervous residents. With his social nature we think he could happily share his new home with another dog. With time, patience, and plenty of treats, Donny has all the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion.
