Roxanne è una ragazza davvero bella e dolce. Amichevole, socievole e molto desiderosa di piacere. È stata trovata abbandonata ed è stata portata al Lemnos Shelter dove ora condivide la sua piccola gabbia con un cane maschio. Roxanne si comporta bene con gli altri cani che ha incontrato nel rifugio ma quando si tratta dei gatti le piace inseguirli – non in modo cattivo, ma più in modo giocoso. Tuttavia, se dovrà vivere con un gatto, è necessaria una presentazione attenta e un po' di pazienza. Roxanne è vivace, ma in modo moderato. È molto facile legarsi a lei sia per noi che per i visitatori. È un cane sensibile, quindi i bambini in una casa futura dovrebbero essere un po' più grandi. Ha bisogno di una casa relativamente attiva e preferibilmente lontano dal centro urbano. Some dogs arrive with a list of demands. Roxanne has a much shorter list. She’d like a home. That’s really it. She’s the kind of dog who seems to have quietly mastered life already. Walk? She’s by your side. A stroll through town? Lovely. A woodland wander? Perfect. A hike in the mountains? Count her in. An evening by the sea? She’ll happily watch the waves with you. Roxanne isn’t looking for excitement. She’s looking for company.She’s wonderfully gentle with people, friendly with other dogs, respectful around cats, and walks beautifully on a lead. She’s the dog who fits into your day rather than asking you to rearrange your whole life around hers. You know those dogs that make you wonder, “How on earth is nobody taking you home?” That’s Roxanne. She’s spent two years waiting in the shelter. Two birthdays. Two winters. Two summers watching other dogs leave while she waits for someone to notice what everyone at the shelter already knows… She’s simply lovely. Not dramatic. Not demanding. Just kind.
