Roxanne é uma rapariga muito bonita e doce. Amigável, sociável e muito disposta a satisfazer. Foi encontrada abandonada e levada ao Abrigo de Lemnos, onde agora partilha a sua pequena área com um cão macho. Roxanne comporta-se bem com os outros cães que conheceu no abrigo, mas quando se trata de gatos, gosta de os perseguir – não de forma agressiva, mas mais brincalhona. No entanto, se quiser viver com um gato, é necessário um contacto cuidadoso e um pouco de paciência. Roxanne é animada, mas de forma moderada. É muito fácil estabelecer ligação com ela, tanto para nós como para os visitantes. É uma cão sensível, por isso as crianças na casa futura devem ser um pouco mais velhas. Necessita de um lar relativamente activo e preferencialmente fora de um ambiente urbano. Roxanne provavelmente nunca viveu em interiores, por isso pode esperar que haja muito que aprender sobre o que é viver numa casa. Está castrada, vacinada, saudável e pronta para ir! Age: Around 3 years old. Profession: Making absolutely everything look easy. Special Skills: Walking politely beside you, making friends with everyone, and reminding you that calm is a superpower. Some dogs arrive with a list of demands. Roxanne has a much shorter list. She’d like a home. That’s really it. She’s the kind of dog who seems to have quietly mastered life already. Walk? She’s by your side. A stroll through town? Lovely. A woodland wander? Perfect. A hike in the mountains? Count her in. An evening by the sea? She’ll happily watch the waves with you. Roxanne isn’t looking for excitement. She’s looking for company.She’s wonderfully gentle with people, friendly with other dogs, respectful around cats, and walks beautifully on a lead. She’s the dog who fits into your day rather than asking you to rearrange your whole life around hers. You know those dogs that make you wonder, “How on earth is nobody taking you home?” That’s Roxanne. She’s spent two years waiting in the shelter. Two birthdays. Two winters. Two summers watching other dogs leave while she waits for someone to notice what everyone at the shelter already knows… She’s simply lovely. Not dramatic. Not demanding. Just kind.
