Chandler, bonito, fiel, rapaz com GSOH adoraria conhecer alguns 'amigos' para uma lealdade para sempre. Voluntária experiente Leigh acompanhou alguns novos caminhadores esta semana, aqui ela descreve sua experiência com Chandler e seus amigos. "Chandler compartilha uma gaiola com Max (cruz de collie) e Ranger (GSD). Os três estão muito animados para sair para suas caminhadas. Eu primeiro, não eu... pulando um no outro. Na caminhada, Max continua sua excitação, reagindo um pouco a outros cães que não fazem parte do seu grupo. No entanto, Chandler estava feliz apenas andando calmamente, farejando bem. Ele caminhou hoje com uma nova voluntária e se comportou muito bem mesmo. Ranger o GSD também caminhou muito bem com uma nova voluntária, ela ficou realmente impressionada com sua calma." CHANDLER — MR GREY… THE BOY EVERYONE SEEMS TO OVERLOOK There’s always one. The one who watches other dogs arrive… then watches them leave. The one who has seen countless kennel mates come and go, while he remains behind. That boy is Chandler. And perhaps we know why people pass him by. He’s a big boy. He’s male. And he’s dark in colour. But honestly… are we really going to let something as simple as colour, size or gender decide Chandler’s future? Because behind that ‘grey’ coat is a boy with a huge heart. Denise says Chandler is very loving and affectionate and, when you spend time with him, he really doesn’t want you to leave him behind in his kennel. And Chandler is also very good with other dogs. His current kennel mate can bark and lunge when she sees other dogs, yet somehow she happily shares her space with Chandler. He takes it all in his stride. Totally calming. After years at the kennels, Chandler deserves to finally know what it feels like to be someone’s special boy. Not the dog people walk past. Not the dog who is always waiting.
