Chandler, attraktiv, lojal, pojke med GSOH skulle älska att träffa några "vänner" för evig tillit. Erfaren frivillig Leigh blev vän med några nya vandrare denna vecka, här beskriver hon deras upplevelse med Chandler och hans vänner. ''Chandler delar kage med Max (collie-korsning) och Ranger (GSD). Alla tre är mycket glada över att få gå på promenad. Jag före, inte jag...hoppande på varandra. På promenaden fortsätter Max sin spänning, lite reaktiv mot andra hundar som inte är i hans pack. Dock var Chandler glad bara att gå lugnt, ha en bra doft. Han gick idag med en ny frivillig och han betedde sig mycket bra verkligen. Ranger GSD gick också bra med en ny frivillig, hon var verkligen imponerad av hans lugnhet.'' Låter som att han kommer att vara en fantastisk vän. Kan du bli hans Joey, Ross eller Monica...? CHANDLER — MR GREY… THE BOY EVERYONE SEEMS TO OVERLOOK There’s always one. The one who watches other dogs arrive… then watches them leave. The one who has seen countless kennel mates come and go, while he remains behind. That boy is Chandler. And perhaps we know why people pass him by. He’s a big boy. He’s male. And he’s dark in colour. But honestly… are we really going to let something as simple as colour, size or gender decide Chandler’s future? Because behind that ‘grey’ coat is a boy with a huge heart. Denise says Chandler is very loving and affectionate and, when you spend time with him, he really doesn’t want you to leave him behind in his kennel. And Chandler is also very good with other dogs. His current kennel mate can bark and lunge when she sees other dogs, yet somehow she happily shares her space with Chandler. He takes it all in his stride. Totally calming. After years at the kennels, Chandler deserves to finally know what it feels like to be someone’s special boy. Not the dog people walk past. Not the dog who is always waiting.
