Akelos came to us at about 2 weeks old with his four brothers and a sister. The beaver gang found in the field were hand-raised by the animal shelter team, supported by our own adult dogs. Akelos is a lively and mischievous daredevil who likes to stand in the front row after a brief assessment. He likes to raise his ears to receive. He is open and curious, everyone is now eager to start their lives. We are just starting with smaller walks with team members to gently introduce him to life. Akelos is a blank slate, his life should now be shaped as best as possible after a difficult start. To this end, Akelos is looking for a home where he will be cared for at first. Since he has to separate from his siblings, 24/7 care is necessary at the beginning or the possibility to take him to work. Contact with conspecifics in a dog school is essential and in addition, the school bench should be used there. Who wants to start a wonderful future with our Akelos, he is already raising his ears to receive...?

Akelo kam mit circa 2 Wochen mit seinen vier Brüdern und einer Schwester zu uns. Die im Feld gefundene Biberbande wurden per Hand vom Tierheim Team aufgezogen, unterstützt von unseren eigenen adulten Hunden. Akelo ist ein munterer und frecher Draufgänger, der nach kurzem Abschätzen gern in den vordersten Reihen steht. Seine Ohren stellt er dabei gern auf Empfang. Er ist offen und neugierig, alle sind nun gespannt auf ihr Leben. Gerade beginnen wir mit kleineren Gassigängen mit Teammitgliedern, um ihn sacht ans Leben heranzuführen. Akelo ist ein unbeschriebenes Blatt, sein Leben soll nach einem schwierigen Start nun bestmöglich gestaltet werden. Dazu sucht Akelo ein Zuhause, in dem er vorerst pfleglich betreut wird. Da er sich dazu von seinen Geschwistern trennen muss, ist zu Beginn eine 24/7 Betreuung nötig oder die Möglichkeit gegeben sein, ihn auf Arbeit mitzunehmen. Kontakt zu Artgenossen in einer Hundeschule ist unerlässlich und nebenbei soll dort auch die Schulbank genutzt werden. Wer möchte mit unserem Akelo in eine wundervolle Zukunft starten, er stellt seine Ohren schon mal auf Empfang….?
