Adopt „Buddelflink“ Ejmy

Male · Young · 3 years

female dog Ejmy in 83052 Bruckmühl seeks a home Background: originally came from Romania. There, she and her siblings were found as puppies and taken in. Current location: Ejmy has lived for a year in a foster home in Germany and is now ready for a forever home. She lives there with other male dogs and female dogs. Personality: Ejmy is a wonderful mix of an active explorer and an absolute connoisseur. She loves cuddles above all else and enjoys being brushed thoroughly. Outdoors, she is fully in her element—everything is meticulously snuffled and explored. Ejmy is a digging pro: hole-digging is one of her favorite outdoor hobbies. She needs regular exercise and adventure but also knows how to appreciate quiet breaks. Experiences: Ejmy already knows life in the house, including common household items. She can already spend some time alone with other dogs and going for car rides is no problem. Ejmy also knows how to walk on a leash and explores the environment with interest. Behavior: Ejmy shows pronounced hunting behavior on the go. She is always alert in the forest and field and should always be well secured, especially in areas where wild animals might be. She signals visitors or people at the fence, but this behavior is easily trainable. With other dogs, Ejmy generally gets along well, but her relationship with female dogs is determined by their liking. In unfamiliar environments, she is unsure and needs patient people who give her time to settle in. We are looking for: Ejmy seeks people who enjoy being out in nature and can both physically and mentally challenge her, for example, through nose work. A garden where she might also dig a “permitted” hole would be paradise for her. Not suitable for children or cats, but a confident single dog could be possible and might even ease the adjustment (preferably a male dog). Breed: Mix (HSH possible) Castration status: neutered Fully vaccinated, treated for parasites, and microchipped Mediterranean disease test: negative Contact:. This dog has a prey drive.

Frequently asked

Adopting „Buddelflink“ Ejmy, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about „Buddelflink“ Ejmy?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Free Dogs - Vergessene Tiere in Not e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw „Buddelflink“ Ejmy on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt „Buddelflink“ Ejmy if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Free Dogs - Vergessene Tiere in Not e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is „Buddelflink“ Ejmy already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if „Buddelflink“ Ejmy isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Free Dogs - Vergessene Tiere in Not e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know „Buddelflink“ Ejmy and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
