Arkay has arrived at the shelter with his companion, after a difficult start in life. At first, he can be a bit shy and tends to bark out of fear when faced with new situations or strangers. But once trust is established, Arkay reveals a completely different character: he is a dog close to humans, who enjoys cuddles and likes to spend time with his owner. He seeks contact and gradually attaches himself to those who give him time and tenderness. Still very young, Arkay is a puppy in the process of being built. His education is entirely to be done and must be handled in a consistent, patient and kind way, in order to give him a good foundation for the future.

Arkay est arrivé au refuge avec son compagnon d’infortune, après un début de vie qui n’a pas toujours été simple. Au premier abord, il peut se montrer un peu craintif et avoir tendance à aboyer par peur face à la nouveauté ou aux inconnus. Mais une fois la confiance installée, Arkay révèle un tout autre caractère : c’est un chien proche de l’Homme, qui apprécie les câlins et qui aime passer du temps avec son maître. Il cherche le contact et s’attache progressivement à ceux qui lui accordent du temps et de la douceur. Encore très jeune, Arkay est un chiot en pleine construction. Son éducation est entièrement à faire et devra être prise en charge de manière cohérente, patiente et bienveillante, afin de lui donner de bonnes bases pour l’avenir.
