Our Asti came to the shelter with her brother Jimmy. While Jimmy is still very shy, Asti has gained some trust in people. You still need peace, patience, and treats to win her little heart. But once the ice is broken, you have a lively and affectionate little companion with whom you have a lot of fun. When walking, she is no longer so shy, but certain things make her a little scared, which makes a safety harness essential at first. A house with a fenced garden would be great for Asti, because we can imagine that a walk might be difficult at first. The new owners should also be active, because Asti has a lot of pepper in her behind. She wouldn't mind a confident dog companion (Asti is very tolerant) ... on the contrary: as a single dog, people with dog experience would be an advantage.

Unsere Asti kam mit ihrem Bruder Jimmy ins Tierheim. Während Jimmy noch immer sehr schüchtern ist, hat Asti mittlerweile etwas Vertrauen zu den Menschen gefasst. Man braucht trotzdem noch Ruhe, Geduld und Leckerlies, um ihr kleines Herz zu erobern. Ist das Eis aber gebrochen, hat man eine lebenslustige und verschmuste kleine Begleiterin, mit der man sehr viel Spaß hat. Beim Spazierengehen zeigt sie sich nicht mehr ganz so schüchtern, jedoch machen ihr gewisse Dinge etwas Angst, was ein Sicherheitsgeschirr anfangs unverzichtbar macht. Für Asti wäre ein Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten toll, denn wir können uns vorstellen, dass ein Spaziergang die erste Zeit noch schwierig sein könnte. Auch sollten die neuen Dosenöffner aktiv sein, denn Asti hat viel Pfeffer im Popo. Gegen einen souveränen Hundekumpel (Asti ist sehr verträglich) hätte sie keine Einwände ... im Gegenteil: Als Einzelhund wären Menschen mit Hundeerfahrung von Vorteil.
