I am Axel – a dear tomcat in my prime years (approximately 5–6 years) and I have learned to observe life in complete silence. 🤍 I lived outdoors in a block area for a long time. Cold, hunger, and always on my own – that was my everyday life. In a particularly icy winter, a family discovered me and didn’t just pass by. They took me in, warmed me up, and showed me that people can also be kind. Since then, I have enjoyed things that many cats take for granted: a soft spot, regular food, and especially affectionate closeness. I am a quiet, balanced tomcat who does not cause a ruckus or chaos. Much rather, I like to lie near you, observe your daily life, and am happy when you stroke my head. Then I close my eyes contentedly. 💕 I am very gentle in handling and do not push myself on – I am simply happy to be there. With friendly fellow animals, I get along well and like to orient myself to them. I wish for a loving home with calm people, established routines, and a warm sleeping spot. When I am rehomed, I am suitable for apartment living (preferably with a secure balcony) or a home with a secure outdoor access, so I can safely explore my new world. I have lived outdoors for so long… now I am no longer looking for a place, but a home. Maybe I can arrive exactly with you? Hallo… darf ich mich kurz zu dir setzen?“ Ich bin Axel – ein lieber Kater im besten Alter (ca. 5–6 Jahre) und ich habe gelernt, das Leben ganz still zu beobachten. 🤍 Ich habe lange Zeit in einer Blockgegend draußen gelebt. Kälte, Hunger und immer auf mich allein gestellt — das war mein Alltag. In einem besonders eisigen Winter hat mich zum Glück eine Familie entdeckt, die mich nicht einfach vorbeiziehen ließ. Sie haben mich aufgenommen, mich aufgewärmt und mir gezeigt, dass Menschen auch freundlich sein können. Seitdem genieße ich Dinge, die für viele Katzen selbstverständlich sind: ein weiches Plätzchen, regelmäßiges Futter und vor allem liebevolle Nähe. Ich bin ein ruhiger, ausgeglichener Kater, der nicht tobt oder Chaos macht. Viel lieber liege ich in deiner Nähe, beobachte dich beim Alltag und freue mich, wenn du mir über den Kopf streichst. Dann schließe ich zufrieden die Augen. 💕 Ich bin sehr sanft im Umgang und dränge mich nicht auf — ich bin einfach gern dabei.
