Balu is a neutered Mudi-mixed-breed male dog who needs some time to build trust. When he meets unfamiliar people, he initially behaves insecurely and reservedly. However, if given the opportunity to approach at his own pace, he becomes friendlier and a pleasant companion. With people he knows, Balu is very friendly. He is also generally not unfamiliar with children and cats. It is particularly important that his future people have understanding for his insecurity and do not pressure him. Outdoors, Balu is unobtrusive – he usually ignores unfamiliar people and does not seek conflict. With other dogs, we have always experienced Balu as friendly. Both in direct contact and during encounters on the go, he behaves socially and uncomplicatedly. Staying alone is still difficult for Balu. Additionally, he often loudly comments on noises in his environment. For him, we are therefore looking for a quiet home with patient people who can provide him with security and gradually introduce him to new situations.

Balu ist ein kastrierter Mudi-Mischlingsrüde, der etwas Zeit braucht, um Vertrauen zu fassen. Fremden Menschen begegnet er zunächst eher unsicher und zurückhaltend. Gibt man ihm jedoch die Möglichkeit, in seinem eigenen Tempo anzukommen, zeigt er sich als freundlicher und angenehmer Begleiter. Mit Menschen, die er kennt, ist Balu sehr umgänglich. Auch Kinder und Katzen sind ihm grundsätzlich nicht fremd. Besonders wichtig ist, dass seine zukünftigen Menschen Verständnis für seine Unsicherheit mitbringen und ihn nicht bedrängen. Draußen zeigt sich Balu unauffällig – fremde Menschen ignoriert er meist und sucht keinen Konflikt. Mit anderen Hunden haben wir Balu bisher durchwegs freundlich erlebt. Sowohl im direkten Kontakt als auch bei Begegnungen unterwegs verhält er sich sozial und unkompliziert. Alleine bleiben fällt Balu derzeit noch schwer. Außerdem kommentiert er Geräusche in seiner Umgebung gerne lautstark. Für ihn suchen wir daher ein ruhiges Zuhause bei geduldigen Menschen, die ihm Sicherheit vermitteln und ihn Schritt für Schritt an neue Situationen heranführen.
