We are Balu and Gizmo, three and four years old. We used to live with our family, but suddenly everything changed... Twins were born and we have to admit - things have been quite chaotic since then. Two babies at once, a lot to do, little sleep and a completely new family routine. Our humans still loved us, but unfortunately, there was less and less time for us. Eventually, it was decided with a heavy heart that it would be better for us to find a new home where there would be enough time for us again. So we moved to the cat house of the Hallein animal shelter and are now waiting for our new family. We are indoor cats, but we absolutely want a secure balcony. There we would like to lie in the sun, breathe fresh air, watch birds and just get a little bit of what's happening outside. And because we have always belonged together, we would also like to continue going through life together, so we will only be placed together. We are spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and are ready for our new start at any time.

Wir sind Balu und Gizmo, drei und vier Jahre alt. Bisher haben wir gemeinsam mit unserer Familie gelebt doch plötzlich wurde alles anders....Zwillinge wurden geboren und wir müssen zugeben - seitdem war bei uns ganz schön was los. Zwei Babys gleichzeitig, viel zu tun, wenig Schlaf und ein völlig neuer Familienalltag. Unsere Menschen hatten uns natürlich weiterhin lieb, aber die Zeit für uns wurde leider immer weniger. Irgendwann wurde schweren Herzens entschieden, dass es für uns besser ist, ein neues Zuhause zu finden, in dem wieder genügend Zeit für uns da ist. So sind wir ins Katzenhaus des Tierheims Hallein gezogen und warten nun auf unsere neue Familie. Wir sind reine Wohnungskater, einen gesicherten Balkon wünschen wir uns aber unbedingt. Dort möchten wir in der Sonne liegen, frische Luft schnuppern, Vögel beobachten und einfach ein bisschen mitbekommen, was draußen passiert. Und weil wir schon immer zusammengehört haben, möchten wir auch weiterhin gemeinsam durchs Leben gehen, wir werden daher nur zusammen vermittelt. Wir sind kastriert, geimpft und gechippt und jederzeit bereit für unser en Neuanfang.
