Basilio - a "good old boy". Someone found him wandering the streets and asked the shelter for help. Abandoned as a senior. We can't get used to it. A senior is sacred. He has the right to a comfortable life. He came in March 2020 and has been there ever since. Some dogs are overlooked, they get in the shade, even though they are good dogs. We are going to straighten this out and give Basilio the place he deserves: in the spotlight. He is a quiet guy, has traits of a Labrador but we call him a mix for convenience. He walks nicely on a leash and is especially very sweet. Basilio doesn't need much exercise anymore, he enjoys siestas in the sun, going for a walk and sleeping and dozing off. Who is not active; this is a perfect dog for those who don't like to go for a walk. Sometimes youth returns and he likes to play with his toys. He gets along well with both male and female dogs... and yet... This good old boy is behind bars. Who helps him to be free forever? Do you want to give Basilio a real home for the last years? kan bezocht worden in Nederland Naam : Basilio Een vergeten goedzak. Basilio - een “gouwe ouwe”. Iemand vond hem op straat ronddolend en vroeg hulp aan het asiel. Achtergelaten als senior. We geraken er niet aan gewoon. Een senior is heilig. Die heeft het recht op een comfortabel leven. Hij kwam binnen in maart 2020 en zit er sindsdien nog. Sommige honden worden overkeken , geraken in de luwte van de schaduw , ook al zijn dit goede honden. We gaan dit rechttrekken en geven Basilio de plaats waar hij behoort : in de spotlights. Hij is een rustige kerel, heeft trekken van een labrador maar we noemen hem voor de gemakkelijkheid een mix. Hij wandelt mooi aan de leiband en is vooral heel lief. Basilio heeft niet heel veel beweging meer nodig , hij geniet van de siësta’s in de zon , van een ommetje te doen en van te slapen en te soezen. Wie niet actief is ; dit is een perfecte hond voor wie niet graag wil gaan wandelen. Soms speelt de jeugdigheid terug op en houdt hij er van om met zijn speeltjes te ravotten. Hij doet het goed met reuen en met teefjes … en toch … Toch zit deze gouwe ouwe achter de tralies. Wie helpt hem te bevrijden voor altijd ? Wil je Basilio die laatste jaren een échte thuis gunnen ?
