A beautiful, affectionate little sweetheart looking for a very special foster-to-adopt home. Betsy is a wonderful, loving, sweet, typical playful kitten. At 10 weeks old, she’s full of affection and a gentle sparkle that makes her so easy to adore. Unfortunately, she’s had a little hiccup in her journey whilst being spayed, meaning she’s looking for a foster home with a view to adopt, allowing her to settle into a loving family environment while her health is monitored for the time being. Betsy recently went in for her routine spay procedure. While she did beautifully, the vet discovered more clear abdominal fluid than would normally be expected. She is currently incredibly bright, completely normal in herself and has since been thoroughly wormed, but at this early stage, we simply do not yet know what this fluid might mean for her future. FIP cannot be ruled in or out and unfortunately it’s not a condition with straightforward testing and needs monitoring, though newer treatments do exist. Following our vet's advice, we believe in being completely open and transparent with anyone considering welcoming this special girl into their life. A joyful 10-week-old female kitten
