Biba, w, nicht kastriert, geb. 03-2022

Mixed Breed · Female

Our female dog Biba has been with us several times as a stray - in the end, her previous owners gave her up to us. Unfortunately, we don't know exactly how Biba lived in her previous life. It seems she hasn't experienced much in her earlier life. According to her previous owners, Biba is compatible with chickens, but not with other small animals. In the animal shelter, she runs under supervision on the farm. She likes to claim her humans: Biba wants to have her caregivers to herself and would also defend them from other dogs at the moment. Probably she never had to share her humans before. Biba likes to go for walks and still needs to learn a lot. For this, she is incredibly affectionate with all humans and seeks warmth and petting. We are looking for experienced, patient people for Biba who can give her security, show her the world step by step. She will reward her humans with lots of love for this. ❤️

DE·Show original

Frequently asked

Adopting Biba, w, nicht kastriert, geb. 03-2022, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Biba, w, nicht kastriert, geb. 03-2022?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. TiNO — Tiere in Not Odenwald handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Biba, w, nicht kastriert, geb. 03-2022 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Biba, w, nicht kastriert, geb. 03-2022 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — TiNO — Tiere in Not Odenwald will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Biba, w, nicht kastriert, geb. 03-2022 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Biba, w, nicht kastriert, geb. 03-2022 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with TiNO — Tiere in Not Odenwald early rather than rehoming privately; they know Biba, w, nicht kastriert, geb. 03-2022 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
