Adopt Bonnie

Mixed Breed · Female · Adult · 8 years

Please help Bonnie by sharing this page! Sweet lady Bonnie is an 8-year-old Akita in the care of Friends Of Akitas in South Yorkshire. She wants to be the only pet at home and she needs plenty of fuss. Bonnie has never lived with small children and therefore is looking for either an adult-only home or one where any young people are dog savvy teenagers. She can tell if people are dog lovers, even complete strangers at a glance, and will greet such people with joy and kisses. Bonnie loves going out on adventures with her humans and is aloof with other dogs she encounters. She's generally very good on the lead but when excited, she can be a bit strong. She doesn't need a great deal of exercise, just regular and naturey. She will obviously want a nice garden at home too. Bonnie is a very Good Girl in the house. She can be left for a few hours once she's settled in. She has excellent manners and knows basic commands. She loves toys and food so further training will be easy. She likes to please her people. Bonnie is easy to live with and easy to love. If you want to know more about this sweetheart, please contact Friends of Akitas as follows: Complete the adoption form here. Email : Please say you saw Bonnie on the Oldies Club website. This replaces Bonnie's original page dated 16 April 2024.
