Adopt Brioche Bun and Bao Bun

Female · Adult · 8 years

Please say hello to the gorgeous Brioche Bun and Bao Bun. The X-rays have shown that both rabbits have malformations of their spines, most likely caused by previous cramped accommodation earlier in their lives. Sadly this is something that cannot be cured, and they will have lifelong limited mobility. The good news is that they are not in any pain, which we are very thankful for. Brioche Bun and Bao Bun are a sweet, friendly elderly pair who love attention, gentle strokes, and spending time with people. Despite their mobility limitations, they are happy little rabbits who simply want a safe and comfortable place to enjoy their retirement together. They are looking for a loving indoor home where they can be kept comfortable and given the extra care they may need. After everything they have been through, we would love nothing more than to see them spend their golden years in a calm and caring home. If you feel you could offer Brioche Bun & Bao Bun the loving retirement home they deserve, please get in touch with us by filling in our application form via the link below:

About Brioche Bun and Bao Bun

What life with Brioche Bun and Bao Bun looks like

Brioche Bun and Bao Bun is a adult rabbit waiting at RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch in United Kingdom.

Rabbits are social animals — most shelters recommend adopting them in bonded pairs rather than alone. They need fresh hay daily, several hours of out-of-cage time, and rabbit-safe spaces to explore. They live eight to twelve years, longer than many people expect.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting Brioche Bun and Bao Bun, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Brioche Bun and Bao Bun?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Brioche Bun and Bao Bun on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Brioche Bun and Bao Bun if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Brioche Bun and Bao Bun already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most rabbits on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Brioche Bun and Bao Bun isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch early rather than rehoming privately; they know Brioche Bun and Bao Bun and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
