Cat Bunny

Mixed Breed · Male · Young · 1 year

Generalities: This beautiful kitten with a light gray tabby coat and green eyes is vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Personality: Cat Bunny is currently a bit shy; he is slowly learning to be touched without hissing to appear "big and big." With time, patience, and a targeted socialization process, we are confident that he will learn to relax and discover the pleasure of human company. In the short video below, Cat Bunny is being cuddled! Ideal adoption: As always for kittens, we are looking for environments where they do not remain alone for too many hours, to ensure proper attention, play, and rest. Cat Bunny requires a quiet environment, only adults with previous experience, without pressure or immediate expectations: he needs all the space and time necessary to feel safe. Adoptable exclusively in the province of Monza and Brianza and the neighboring municipalities. background: recovered in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) with his siblings, who have already been adopted: now he remains alone, perhaps the most timid of the litter.

About Cat Bunny

What life with Cat Bunny looks like

Cat Bunny is a young adult mixed breed cat waiting at ENPA Monza e Brianza in Monza.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇮🇹Adopting from Italy

Italian canili require adopters to sign a stewardship contract (affido) and may retain the right to verify the animal's wellbeing post-adoption. Animals are chipped and sterilized before leaving (Legge 281/91). Public canili rifugio typically waive adoption fees.

Frequently asked

Adopting Cat Bunny, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Cat Bunny?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. ENPA Monza e Brianza handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Cat Bunny on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Cat Bunny if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — ENPA Monza e Brianza will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Cat Bunny already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Cat Bunny isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with ENPA Monza e Brianza early rather than rehoming privately; they know Cat Bunny and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (IT). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
