This sweet girl is called Cato and is almost 14 years old. She has been with us at the shelter for a while now and is finally ready to go to a new home. Cato always has good manners. She is extremely loving and wants to be with you all day. Attention, cuddles, and lying next to you are what she loves most. She enjoys walking, but due to her overweight and arthritis in her knees, her condition is not optimal. Cato receives daily pain relief. Because of ongoing coughing, Cato visited the veterinarian. Her larynx was infected and the cartilage in the throat is less flexible. There is a chance that Cato's throat is not functioning properly. With medication, her coughing has improved significantly. Dit lieve meisje heet Cato en is bijna 14 jaar oud. Zij verblijft nu al een poosje bij ons in de opvang en is eindelijk klaar om naar een nieuw huisje te gaan. Cato heeft altijd goede zin. Ze is hartstikke lief en wil heel de dag bij je zijn. Aandacht, knuffelen en bij je liggen is wat ze het allerliefste doet. Wandelen vindt ze fijn, maar vanwege haar overgewicht en artrose in haar knieën is haar conditie niet optimaal. Cato krijgt dagelijks pijnstilling. Door aanhoudende hoestklachten is Cato bij de dierenarts geweest. Haar strottenklepje bleek geïnfecteerd en het kraakbeen in de keelholte is minder flexibel. De kans bestaat dat Cato’s keelholte minder goed functioneert. Met medicatie zijn haar hoestklachten een heel stuk verminderd. Ons Catootje zoekt een plek waar ze haar oude dag in alle rust mag doorbrengen. Geen drukte en hoge verwachtingen, maar vooral een plek waar ze zichzelf mag zijn. Interesse in Cato?
