Charlie hat als Reitpony in einer Reitschule gearbeitet. Aufgrund einer chronischen Atemwegserkrankung kann der Wallach seinem Job aber nicht mehr nachgehen und darf jetzt seinen wohlverdienten Ruhestand bei unserer krassen Herde verbringen. Gegen seine Beschwerden bekommt er seine bronchienerweiternden Medikamente, nur gewässertes Heu und bei uns auf dem Hof so viel frische Luft und Bewegung, wie er möchte. Durch die veränderten Haltungsbedingungen wird sich sein Gesundheitszustand hoffentlich positiv entwickeln. In unserer Pferde- und Ponyherde hat sich Charlie sehr gut eingelebt. Er mag alle Stallgenossinnen und -genossen, ganz besonders hat es ihm Neo angetan.
