The strong-willed cat has a very clear idea of what his future life should look like - and has already drawn up his own house rules as a precaution. Other cats are just as unwelcome as children. Christoph Kratzoph is also reluctant to negotiate about unwanted touches, too much closeness or other decisions against his will. If his signals are ignored, he can make his opinion very clear and quite literally with the use of teeth and claws. We are therefore looking for cat-experienced people who can reliably read his body language, respect his boundaries and not expect him to be available for petting at all times. Christoph Kratzoph is not a simple cuddly cat, but an independent personality with clear ideas. His new home can either be a spacious apartment with a well-secured balcony or a quiet place with later possibility for outdoor access. What is important is a childless household without other animals, sufficient retreat options and people who can also meet a small household tyrant with humor and respect.

Christoph Kratzoph kam im Rahmen einer behördlichen Abnahme zu uns ins Tierheim. Der charakterstarke Kater weiß sehr genau, wie sein zukünftiges Leben aussehen soll – und hat vorsorglich bereits eine eigene Hausordnung ausgearbeitet. Andere Katzen sind darin ebenso wenig vorgesehen wie Kinder. Auch über unerwünschte Berührungen, zu viel Nähe oder sonstige Entscheidungen gegen seinen Willen verhandelt Christoph Kratzoph nur ungern. Werden seine Signale übersehen, kann er seine Meinung sehr deutlich und durchaus unter Einsatz von Zähnen und Krallen kundtun. Gesucht werden daher katzenerfahrene Menschen, die seine Körpersprache zuverlässig lesen, seine Grenzen respektieren und nicht erwarten, dass er jederzeit für Streicheleinheiten zur Verfügung steht.
