Lenard & Rover Age: 14 months. Sex: male, neutered Lenard (tabby) and Rover (black), who checked in with us in January, can now be petted by us! The two came to us as stray babies, already over 4 months old and therefore extremely shy of humans. Nevertheless, they were in poor health, had a fungus, and it was minus 20 degrees outside. We took them in - anything else would simply not have been justifiable. And yes, it took a long time, and yes, their new owners will also need a while to gain their trust. And yes, it will succeed. And yes, they have a whole life ahead of them that is truly worth living. And no, they would certainly not live again if we had let them go again. And yes, it paid off. And no, there is nothing more to say. Except, of course, that anyone who believes they have enough patience to let these two great cats prove what they are capable of should please contact us. Name: Lenard & RoverAlter: 14 Monate. Geschlecht: männlich, kastriert Lenard (getigert) und Rover (schwarz), die bereits im Jänner bei uns eincheckten, lassen sich nun von uns streicheln! Die zwei kamen als Streunerbabys zu uns, mit etwas über 4 Monaten schon sehr alt und damit auch Menschen gegenüber bereits extrem scheu. Dennoch sie waren in schlechtem Gesundheitszustand, hatten einen Pilz und es hatte draußen minus 20 Grad. Wir nahmen sie auf – alles andere wäre doch einfach nicht vertretbar gewesen. Und ja, es hat lange gedauert, und ja, auch ihre neuen Besitzer werden wieder eine ganze Zeit brauchen, um ihr Vertrauen zu gewinnen. Und ja, es wird gelingen. Und ja, sie haben dann ein ganzes Leben vor sich, das wirklich lebenswert ist. Und nein, sie würden sicher nicht mehr leben, hätten wir sie wieder ausgelassen. Und ja, das hat sich ausgezahlt. Und nein, mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. Außer natürlich, dass sich bitte jeder meldet, der glaubt, genug Geduld zu haben, dass ihm diese zwei tollen Kater beweisen können, was in ihnen steckt.
