Ciabatta was found alone on the street and brought to safety. We quickly located his previous owner—but instead of relief, we were met with disappointment. His “owner” had absolutely no interest in taking him back. The more we learned about Ciabatta’s life so far, the clearer it became: for this wonderful dog, this may well have been the greatest stroke of luck. Today, Ciabatta is waiting for people who don’t just own him—they genuinely love him from the bottom of their hearts. Ciabatta is an exceptionally friendly, calm, and easygoing male dog. He approaches people openly and affectionately, thoroughly enjoys every cuddle, and loves being close to his trusted humans. With his gentle nature, he brings peace and tranquility into everyday life and is a loyal companion who simply wants to belong. He is house-trained, doesn’t destroy anything, and hardly ever barks. Ciabatta handles car rides completely relaxed and walks perfectly on the leash. He’s one of those dogs you just want to take everywhere—with his calm demeanor, friendly disposition, and consistently pleasant nature. Ciabatta gets along well with other dogs. We currently don’t know whether he’s familiar with cats or children—but if you’re seriously interested, we’d be happy to test that for you. For Ciabatta, we’re looking for a loving, patient, and consistent home where he can finally experience what it means to be a full-fledged family member. A securely fenced garden would be nice, but it’s not a requirement. Much more important are people who give him time, security, and lots of love. Schnell konnten wir seinen bisherigen Besitzer ausfindig machen – doch statt Erleichterung folgte Ernüchterung. Sein "Herrchen" hatte keinerlei Interesse daran, ihn zurückzunehmen. Je mehr wir über Ciabattas bisheriges Leben erfuhren, desto klarer wurde uns: Für diesen wunderbaren Hund war das vermutlich das größte Glück.
