Information: Some of our team members have visited Elisa's animal shelter in Romania in January, May and October 2024 for a few days; the animal shelter with which we work closely. They met among others puppy Kenny and his sisters. Elisa found the puppies after they had been dumped by someone and gave them a place in the animal shelter. In January and March 2025, some team members visited Elisa's animal shelter again. They walked with Kenny and say the following about him: Kenny this handsome young dog seems to have something of a Raven shepherd in terms of appearance and character. During our walk, he already showed that he had a clear preference for one of us, he went more towards that person. Kenny would do best as a pet and family dog in a quiet living environment and calm household. An existing dog as a companion and playmate is preferable, placement alone is possible only after discussion. The videos give a good impression of the pups; moreover, our team member Rolien, who has cuddled them extensively in the animal shelter and observed them in various situations, can tell potential adopters or foster families more about them. In the animal shelter the dogs are safe and get good food. But it's a life confined in an unheated kennel and especially in winter it's very hard; the winters in Romania bring moderate to severe frost and a lot of snow...

Informatie: Enkele van onze teamleden zijn in januari, mei en oktober 2024 telkens enkele dagen op bezoek geweest bij Elisa's asiel in Roemenië; het asiel waarmee we intensief samenwerken. Ze hebben onder andere puppy Kenny en zijn zusjes ontmoet. Elisa trof de puppy's aan nadat ze door iemand gedumpt waren en heeft ze een plekje in het asiel gegeven. In januari en in maart 2025 zijn een aantal teamleden opnieuw op bezoek geweest bij Elisa’s asiel, ze hebben met Kenny gewandeld en zeggen het volgende over hem: Kenny deze mooie jongen lijkt wel iets weg te hebben van een Raven shepherd qua uiterlijk maar ook qua karakter. Hij liet tijdens onze wandeling al zien dat hij een sterke voorkeur voor één van ons had, daar trok hij meer naartoe. Kenny zou het beste tot zijn recht komen als erf en gezinshond is een rustige woonomgeving en rustig huishouden. Een al aanwezige hond als steun en speelmaatje heeft onze voorkeur, plaatsing alleen is in overleg mogelijk In mei 2026 heeft er wederom een bezoek aan het asiel van Elisa plaatsgevonden en ook toen is er natuurlijk tijd geweest om met Kenny te wandelen en te knuffelen!
