Introducing Derek the Frenchie ❤️ Derek is a fun-filled little boy who can be shy and nervous when first meeting new people, but he has been an absolute joy to work with and watching him blossom has been incredibly rewarding. When Derek feels unsure or frightened, he can sometimes curl himself down onto the ground, but once he learns that he’s safe and begins to trust you, his whole personality shines through. Then he’s absolutely flying. He enjoys his walks and is doing brilliantly with his lead training. While he’s not an overly active boy, he loves a good run around the garden before happily coming back inside to curl up in bed again. Derek is looking for a special home with patient, understanding people who will simply let him be himself and continue helping his confidence grow at his own pace. children 12+ He’s a lovely little soul with so much potential and so much love to give 🐾
