destiny

Mixed Breed · Female · Kitten · 3 months

As the baby of the litter, Destiny is very much a little princess. With her beautiful tortoise-shell coat and little pink nose, she is a beautiful sweet girl with so much love to give. Never afraid to join her brothers and sisters in rough and tumble, Destiny won't let her smaller size stop her from winning her playtime scrambles. She often wins the toys and is found guarding them as she poses gracefully on top of the desk chair. From a litter of 6, she is often given the best spot in the bed by her siblings and can be found napping a little more than the others, not that she needs her beauty sleep! Always one for a lap cuddle, her soft fur and loud purrs add to the total overload of cuteness. Destiny gets on with humans and her siblings very well but does often carry out her own adventures and activities. It is worth noting that this sweet girl has a very mild heart murmur - you can get in touch with us to learn more about this. Overall, it won't be difficult to fall in love with the adorable Destiny.

About destiny

What life with destiny looks like

destiny is a small kitten mixed breed cat waiting at London Inner City Kitties in United Kingdom.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting destiny, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about destiny?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. London Inner City Kitties handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw destiny on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt destiny if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — London Inner City Kitties will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is destiny already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if destiny isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with London Inner City Kitties early rather than rehoming privately; they know destiny and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
