Diva is a beautiful cat with an estimated birth date of 4-6-26. She is a real cuddle cat and loves to lie close to you. If you are sitting or lying down, she will come to you to cuddle and she loves to be petted. She will even give you some licks while you are petting her. When you come in, she will also come to you. You may have noticed the absence of her eyes. When she was just a few weeks old, she got very sick with calici. This caused her eyes to become so inflamed that they had to be removed with two emergency surgeries. The foster family where I stay can tell you everything about this. Fortunately, I have fully recovered from calici in the meantime. But the fact that I can't see doesn't stop me! I didn't get the name Diva for nothing. I run and play enthusiastically and jump off a bench or chair without fear. If I am in a new room or something is moved, I sometimes bump into something. But then I just run happily again. In my new house, I like to stay together with my friend. Because I need a bit more time to get used to new things like another cat, I am paired with Apollo here. At first, I found him a bit scary, but now we like to play together and I lick him clean. We also like to play together and despite my disability, I often win from him! We want to be the only two cats in the house. I need a bit more time than other cats to get used to new things and a very busy environment can be a bit too much for me. Because I can't see, I am looking for a house where I can stay inside or a well-fenced garden/cat run where I can't get out. I have already been chipped, dewormed, and vaccinated. Ik ben Diva, een mooie poes met een geschatte geboortedatum van 4-6-26. Ik ben een echte knuffelkont en lig erg graag bij je. Als je ergens zit of ligt kom ik graag bij je kroelen en ik vind het prima om opgepakt te worden. Ik geef je dan ook graag wat likjes tijdens het aaien. Als je binnenkomt kom ik ook direct naar je toe. Wat je misschien ook al opgevallen is de afwezigheid van mijn oogjes. Toen ik pas een paar weekjes oud was werd ik enorm ziek van calici. Hierdoor waren mijn oogjes zo erg ontstoken dat ze met twee spoedoperaties verwijderd moesten worden. Hoe dat precies zit kan het pleeggezin waar ik bij verblijf van alles over vertellen. Gelukkig ben ik ondertussen van de calici volledig hersteld. Maar het feit dat ik niets zie houdt mij niet tegen! Ik heb de naam Diva niet voor niets gekregen. Ik ren en speel enthousiast en spring zonder angst zo van een bank of stoel af. Als ik in een nieuwe ruimte ben of iets is verplaatst bots ik af en toe ergens tegen aan. Maar ik ren daarna gewoon weer vrolijk verder. In mijn nieuwe huisje blijf ik graag samen met mijn maatje. Omdat ik wat meer tijd nodig heb om te wennen aan nieuwe dingen zoals een andere kat ben ik hier gekoppeld aan Apollo. In het begin vond ik hem wat spannend, maar ondertussen spelen we graag samen en lik ik hem schoon. We stoeien ook graag samen en ondanks mijn handicap win ik het vaak van hem! We willen graag de enige twee katten in huis zijn. Ik heb wel wat meer tijd nodig dan andere katten om aan nieuwe dingen te wennen en een enorm drukke omgeving kan iets te veel voor mij zijn. Omdat ik niets kan zien ben ik wel op zoek naar een huisje waar ik lekker binnen kan blijven of een goed afgezette tuin/ kattenren heb waar ik niet uit kan. Ik ben al gechipt, ontvlooid, ontwormd en geënt. Bij adoptie krijg je een tegoedbon mee voor mijn sterilisatie mocht dat nog niet gedaan zijn. Ben je nou verliefd geworden op mij?
