I am a genuine Rottweiler. Unfortunately, I ended up in the animal shelter because my owners lost their apartment (at least that's what they tell us). They are also in poor health and can no longer take care of me. Unfortunately, sometimes life is not kind to us. Now I am on the lookout for a new home with Rotti fans. All Rottweiler people probably have heart eyes right now. I am an attentive, watchful, and territorial female dog. At first, I am skeptical with strangers, but my trusted people can tell me who is allowed in, and then I let them in and am happy to meet new people. As a guard dog, I would be perfect and likely excel in my new role. I am generally affectionate with my trusted people, cuddly, and clingy. But I also need my space. In an apartment, I feel very uncomfortable and would have to wear a muzzle constantly. Rassebedingt, I naturally need clear, consistent leadership, otherwise, I would pull on the leash and do my Rotti-dumbbell proud. I am generally compatible with other animals, but I don't like some dogs, and we should test this with your dog if you already have one. PS: Kennel housing is allowed in Germany, but you must meet certain criteria. Dunya is a dog who does not feel comfortable or relaxed in a domestic space. She enjoys spending time outside or in her own kennel, where she feels most comfortable and happy. It's not ideal, but for an independent dog that has had bad experiences living in a house, it's better than having to live without a family. Dunya has already been placed in a few households, but each time it failed. Ich bin eine waschechte Rottweilerin. Ich bin leider ins Tierheim gekommen, weil meine Besitzer ihre Wohnung verloren haben (zumindest würde uns das so erzählt). Sie sind leider auch gesundheitlich angeschlagen und können sich nicht mehr um mich kümmern. Leider meint es das Schicksal manchmal schlecht mit einem. Nun bin ich auf der Suche nach einem neuen Wirkungskreis bei Rotti-Fans. Alle Rottweiler Menschen bekommen vermutlich grade Herzchen in den Augen. Ich bin eine aufmerksame, wachsame und territoriale Hündin. Mit Fremden bin ich anfangs skeptisch, sagen mir aber meine Bezugspersonen wer reindarf, dann lasse ich diese auch rein und freue mich über neue Menschen. Als Wachhund würde ich mich hervorragend eignen und in meiner neuen Rolle vermutlich sehr gut aufgehen. Ich bin mit meinen Bezugspersonen in der Regel lieb, verkuschelt und anhänglich. Aber möchte auch meinen Freiraum. In einer Wohnung fühle ich mich sehr unwohl und müsste dauerhaft Maulkorb tragen. Rassebedingt brauche ich natürlich eine klare, konsequente Führung, denn sonst ziehe ich an der Leine und mache meinem Rotti-Dickschädel alle Ehre. Ich bin grundsätzlich verträglich mit Artgenossen vereinzelt mag ich aber manche Hunde einfach nicht, das sollten wir einfach mit eurem Hund mal testen, wenn ihr bereits einen Hund habt. PS: Zwingerhaltung ist in Deutschland erlaubt, man muss jedoch bestimmte Kriterien erfüllen. Dunya ist ein Hund, der sich in einem häuslichen Raum nicht wohlfühlt und nicht entspannen kann. Sie verbringt gerne Zeit draußen oder im eigenen Zwinger, dort fühlt sie sich am wohlsten und ist glücklich. Es ist nicht optimal, aber für einen eigenständigen Hund, der schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Leben im Haus gemacht hat, besser als das Leben ohne eine eigene Familie verbringen zu müssen. Dunya war schon ein paar Male in einem Haushalt untergebracht, was jedes Mal gescheitert ist. Sie fühlt sich in diesem Modell einfach nicht wohl und tut dies auch kunt, hierüber wollen wir auch keine Diskussion führen. 😌 Ihr wollt mehr über mich erfahren, dann schreibt doch eine Mail an und erzählt bisschen was über euch.
