Elfie is a friendly, curious, people-oriented, and patient dog. Update May 2026: Elfie has settled in well at her foster home and has been showing her best side since day one. She loves daily walks and walks on a leash, and she's a pro at riding in the car. She's a straightforward dog that we think would be a great fit for first-time dog owners. Elfie is now waiting for her new home at her foster home. Elfie came to our shelter in April with her 3 puppies. She wasn't doing very well where she was living, and we were also worried about the puppies. Elfie is a calm and balanced dog. She is people-oriented and really enjoys attention. She's not used to living indoors yet. She'll likely enjoy the comforts quickly, and our experience with adult dogs is that they become house-trained within a few days. Our vet estimated Elfie to be 6-7 years old. We don't know her exact birthdate. Elfie is looking for a responsible forever home. A garden in a rural area would be her dream. They are all vaccinated, chipped, and have an EU passport. They are screened for age-appropriate diseases. See the info on our website. Every dog we place makes room for one of those dogs who are starving and emaciated.

freundlich, neugierig, menschenbezogen, geduldig Update Mai 2026: Elfie hat sich gut auf ihrer Pflegestelle eingelebt und zeigt sich seit dem ersten Tag nur von ihrer besten Seite. Sie liebt die täglichen Spaziergänge und an der Leine laufen macht sie wie ein Profi, ebenso im Auto mitfahren. Sie ist eine unkomplizierte Hündin, die wir uns bei Hundeanfängern gut vorstellen können. Auf ihrer Pflegestelle wartet Elfie nun auf ihren Besuch. Elfie kam im April mit ihren 3 Welpen zu uns ins Tierheim. Da wo sie lebte, ging es ihr nicht sehr gut und wir sorgten uns auch um die Welpen. Elfie ist eine ruhige und ausgeglichene Hündin. Sie ist menschenbezogen und freut sich sehr über Aufmerksamkeit. Sie kennt das Leben im Haus sicher noch nicht. Wahrscheinlich wurde sie nur im Vorhof gehalten. Die liebe Hündin wird die Vorzüge schnell genießen und unsere Erfahrung mit schon erwachsen Hunden ist, das sie innerhalb von wenigen Tagen stubenrein sind. Unser Tierarzt hat Elfie auf 6-7 Jahre geschätzt. Das genaue Geburtsdatum wissen wir natürlich nicht. Elfie sucht ein verantwortungsvolles Für immer Zuhause.
