Fargo came to us very scared and distrustful. It's clear that many things are new to him, especially the leash. Initially, he had no idea what to do with it. He would thrash around, grab it with his teeth and couldn't walk on it. So we started a calm learning process. We show him in small steps that the leash is nothing to be afraid of. At first, Fargo was also afraid of touch, but thanks to patience and gentleness, he slowly began to convince himself that a person can be a source of safety, not a threat. He also needs a moment with the treat. He doesn't always take it right away, but when he thinks it over, he can approach and eat from your hand. It's hard not to think that Fargo must have experienced something very bad in his life, since it's so hard for him to trust. He prefers to keep his distance, observe and decide for himself when he's ready for the next step. At the same time, we see in him a good, gentle dog who learns quickly. Every day he makes a little progress. And something tells us that we will be able to make another edition of this description quite soon. 😊 Fargo needs above all a patient person who will allow him to tame the world at his own pace and show him that from now on it can only get better.

Fargo trafił do nas bardzo przestraszony i nieufny. Widać, że wiele rzeczy jest dla niego nowych, a szczególnie smycz. Początkowo zupełnie nie wiedział, co z nią zrobić. Miotał się, łapał ją zębami i nie potrafił na niej spacerować. Od razu zaczęliśmy więc spokojną naukę. Małymi krokami pokazujemy mu, że smycz nie jest niczym strasznym. Na początku Fargo bał się również dotyku, ale dzięki cierpliwości i delikatności powoli zaczął przekonywać się, że człowiek może być źródłem bezpieczeństwa, a nie zagrożenia. Ze smaczkiem też potrzebuje chwili. Nie zawsze od razu się skusi, ale gdy przemyśli sprawę, potrafi już podejść i poczęstować się z ręki. Trudno nie pomyśleć, że Fargo musiał w swoim życiu doświadczyć czegoś bardzo złego, skoro tak trudno przychodzi mu zaufanie. Woli zachować dystans, obserwować i samemu decydować, kiedy jest gotowy na kolejny krok. Jednocześnie widzimy w nim dobrego, łagodnego psiaka, który szybko się uczy. Każdego dnia robi choć odrobinę postępu. I coś nam mówi, że już całkiem niedługo będziemy mogli zrobić kolejną edycję tego opisu. 😊 Fargo potrzebuje przede wszystkim cierpliwego człowieka, który pozwoli mu oswoić świat we własnym tempie i pokaże, że od tej pory może być już tylko lepiej.
