Fermin was found by a small boy in the industrial area of Manzanares/Spain, allowed himself to be easily touched by the boy, and was brought to the local animal shelter. Fermin is very people-oriented and clearly enjoys the proximity of his trusted people. On the leash, Fermin already runs quite well and is pleasant to handle in everyday life. Fermin is compatible with cats as well as with larger, sensible children. In a familiar environment, he shows himself to be calm and balanced, but in new situations or unfamiliar stimuli, he can sometimes be a bit unsure – he is strongly oriented towards his person and can be well supported. One of Fermin's character traits is his pronounced watchfulness: he takes the protection of his home very seriously and reports reliably. For him, we would like to find a sovereign, loving home that gives him security, offers clear structures, and guides his protective instincts in the right direction. Fermin is a faithful companion for people who are looking for an attentive, loyal dog and are willing to accompany him on his journey with patience, calmness, and understanding. Fermin wurde von einem kleinen Jungen im Industriegebiet von Manzanares/Spanien aufgefunden, lies sich ohne Probleme von dem Jungen anfassen und in das örtliche Tierheim bringen. Fermin ist sehr menschenbezogen und genießt die Nähe seiner Bezugspersonen sichtlich. An der Leine läuft Fermin bereits recht gut und ist im Alltag angenehm zu führen. Mit Katzen sowie mit größeren, verständigen Kindern ist Fermin verträglich. In vertrauter Umgebung zeigt er sich ruhig und ausgeglichen, bei neuen Situationen oder unbekannten Reizen manchmal noch etwas unsicher – dabei orientiert er sich stark an seinem Menschen und lässt sich gut unterstützen. Zu Fermins Wesen gehört seine ausgeprägte Wachsamkeit: Er nimmt den Schutz seines Hauses sehr ernst und meldet zuverlässig.
