Nevertheless, Fine has already experienced more than many dogs should ever experience. She was rescued from a public animal shelter – along with her five puppies. None of the little ones survived. Fine was left alone. Despite this difficult start, she has maintained her gentleness. Since the end of October, Fine has been in a foster home – and she has made remarkable progress there. She is strongly oriented towards the only other dog present, from which she takes a lot of security. Fine is house-trained, walks reliably on a leash, and gets along well with other dogs. She shows a little more every day of what is in her. At the same time, Fine still needs people who can give her security, clarity, calmness, and reliability. She is not a female dog for quick decisions or high expectations. She needs time to build trust – and if she gets this, she develops a deep bond. With a shoulder height of about 55 cm and a weight of around 23 kg, Fine belongs to the medium to large-sized dogs. Her white fur, her special standing ears, and her calm gaze make her unmistakable. Fine lebt seit Ende Oktober auf ihrer Pflegestelle und hat sich dort zu einer echten Zuckerschnecke entwickelt. Ihre Pflegestelle beschreibt sie als unglaublich liebe, freundliche und sanfte Hündin, die einfach nur gefallen möchte. Sie genießt die Nähe ihrer Menschen, ist absolut verträglich mit anderen Hunden und zeigt sich im Alltag ruhig und angenehm. Besonders eng ist ihre Bindung zu ihrem Hundekumpel Bruno. Er gibt Fine die Sicherheit, die sie braucht, und hilft ihr dabei, neue Situationen besser zu meistern. Veränderungen fallen Fine noch immer schwer. Gewohnte Abläufe, eine vertraute Umgebung und ein souveräner Hund an ihrer Seite geben ihr Halt.
