Can you help? Can you take on one of our cats and give him/her a temporary home? Fostering is at the heart of what we do. Our foster carers provide a loving environment on the journey towards a forever home. Without a team of carers we cannot provide for the cats that need love and attention before moving on to a new home. We know that in the coming weeks and months more cats/kittens will be in need of our help. So, why not give fostering a go even if you only do it once. You will make a difference for at least one cat! How does it work? As a Nelar fosterer you will be provided with food for the cat and all vet costs will be met by Nelar. You will be expected to care for the cat as if it were your own. Some of our fosterers are confident in their ability to carry out the adoption process whilst others prefer to have a Nelar representative deal with it. Some fosterers are in a position to make vet appointments, others need assistance. The Nelar team is always available to help a new fosterer.
