Indy is a female dog about 1 year and 3 months old. Together with her sister Inna and two other puppies, she was found as a very young pup in a field. There was no mother dog present. Fortunately, the puppies were discovered in time and could safely grow up in a protected environment. With a weight of about 23 kilograms, she has now grown into a sturdy young dog. Unlike her sister, she has a more active character. She is very friendly, open to contact, and easily connects with people. Additionally, she gets along well with other dogs. Because she is more active, she needs space to move freely. Therefore, a house with a garden would suit her well, so she can expend her energy in a natural way. Update 2026: In April 2026, our volunteers went to Romania. There they personally met Indy. Indy came willingly from the kennel and immediately showed that she is a confident dog. She is not overly active, but moves calmly and relaxed in her environment. Additionally, she is curious and takes her time to explore everything around her. She likes to sniff around and shows that she is interested in what is happening. Furthermore, Indy is friendly in her interactions and is open to contact. She visibly enjoys attention and likes to be with you for a while. Finally, Indy is vaccinated and spayed and is ready for the exciting journey to the Netherlands. Indy is een teef van ongeveer 1 jaar en bijna 3 maanden oud. Samen met haar zus Inna en nog twee pups werd zij als heel jonge pup gevonden in een veld. Er was geen moederhond aanwezig. Gelukkig werden de pups op tijd ontdekt en konden zij veilig opgroeien in een beschermde omgeving. Met een gewicht van ongeveer 23 kilo is zij inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een stevige jonge hond. In tegenstelling tot haar zus heeft zij een actiever karakter. Ze is zeer vriendelijk, staat open voor contact en maakt gemakkelijk verbinding met mensen. Daarnaast gaat zij goed om met andere honden. Omdat zij actiever is, heeft zij behoefte aan ruimte om zich vrij te kunnen bewegen. Daarom zou een huis met een tuin goed bij haar passen, zodat zij haar energie op een natuurlijke manier kwijt kan. Update 2026: In april 2026 gingen onze vrijwilligers naar Roemenië. Daar hebben zij Indy persoonlijk ontmoet. Indy kwam graag mee uit de kennel en liet meteen zien dat ze een zelfverzekerde hond is. Ze is niet overdreven druk, maar beweegt zich rustig en ontspannen in haar omgeving. Daarnaast is ze nieuwsgierig en neemt ze de tijd om alles om haar heen te verkennen. Ze snuffelt graag rond en laat zien dat ze geïnteresseerd is in wat er gebeurt. Verder is Indy vriendelijk in de omgang en staat ze open voor contact. Ze geniet zichtbaar van aandacht en vindt het fijn om even bij je te zijn. Tenslotte is Indy gevaccineerd en gesteriliseerd en daarmee klaar voor de spannende reis naar Nederland. Ze zoekt een passend thuis met ruimte, aandacht en begeleiding, waar zij zich verder kan ontwikkelen. Wie biedt haar die mooie toekomst?
