Her story: Issy needs a quick rescue because of space reasons, she currently lives on a chain in the garden. But Issy deserves to sleep in a soft dog bed, in a home where she feels safe and secure. At 45 cm, Issy is a medium-sized dog with a nice average size. She behaves very friendly and social towards fellow animals and shows a very loving and curious nature. She meets people very openly and lovingly, and uses every second to get lots of cuddles. Issy is already looking forward to exploring every corner of her new home. Like all our shelter animals, she also needs people who don't expect much from her. In her early years, Issy was probably mostly on her own. The street is a hard place to grow up, and Issy must have had to make many difficult decisions on her own. She doesn't know what it feels like to give responsibility and to let go. The first weeks in her new home will certainly be very exciting, which is why it is most important that Issy gets enough space and time to settle in and learn everything. Issy, at 5 years old, is a sovereign adult female dog and is in the best age to start all over again. Even adult dogs are willing to learn and want to please. Issy would certainly be happy to visit a positively working dog training class. There, she can be appropriately challenged, learn in a targeted way, and have contact with other dogs at the same time. Adopting a shelter dog is often full of excitement and joy. On occasion, there can also be moments of uncertainty. This is normal and always goes with it. Ihre Geschichte: Issy braucht eine schnelle Rettung, denn aus Platzgründen muss sie derzeit an einer Kette im Garten leben. Auch Issy hat es verdient in einem weichen Hundebett zu schlummern, in einem zu Hause in dem sie sich sicher und geborgen fühlt. Mit ihrem 45 cm gehört Issy zu den mittelgroßen Hunden und hat eine schöne mittlere Größe. Sie verhält sich Artgenossen gegenüber sehr freundlich und sozial und zeigt auch sonst ein sehr liebes und neugieriges Wesen. Menschen begegnet sie sehr offen und liebevoll und nutzt jede Sekunde, um sich ganz viele Streicheleinheiten abzuholen. Issy freut sich schon darauf alle Ecken in ihrem neuen zu Hause zu beschnuppern. Wie alle unsere Schützlinge braucht auch sie Menschen, die nicht viel von ihr erwarten. In ihren ersten Lebensjahren war Issy höchstwahrscheinlich auf sich allein gestellt. Die Straße ist ein harter Ort, um erwachsen zu werden und Issy musste sicherlich sehr oft schwierige Entscheidungen allein treffen. Sie weiß noch nicht, wie es sich anfühlt, Verantwortung abzugeben und sich fallen zu lassen. Die ersten Wochen in ihrem neuen zu Hause werden sicherlich sehr aufregend sein, weswegen es am wichtigsten ist, dass Issy genügend Raum und Zeit bekommt, um in Ruhe anzukommen und alles kennenzulernen. Issy ist mit ihren 5 Jahren eine souveräne erwachsene Hündin und somit im besten Alter um nochmal ganz von vorn anzufangen. Auch erwachsene Hunde sind lernwillig und wollen gefallen. Über einen Besuch in einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule würde Issy sich sicherlich freuen. Dort kann sie artgerecht ausgelastet werden, gezielt lernen und hat gleichzeitig Kontakt zu anderen Hunden. Einen Tierschutzhund bei sich aufzunehmen ist oftmals geprägt von ganz viel Aufregung und Freude. An dem ein oder anderen Tag kann es auch mal zu Unsicherheiten kommen. Das ist ganz normal und gehört immer mit dazu. Umso wichtiger ist es, wenn man Kontakt zu einer Hundeschule hat und weiß an wen man sich bei Fragen wenden kann. Wenn ihr ein Herz für Issy habt und ihr sie nicht mehr aus dem Kopf bekommt, dann füllt gern eine Selbstauskunft aus und wir melden uns sobald wie möglich bei euch.
