Die wunderhübsche Schmusekatze Jade lebte in einem Wohnkomplex, in dem ein schreckliches Feuer ausbrach. Glücklicherweise hatten einige Feuerwehrleute ein Herz und retteten so viele Katzen wie sie konnten. Jade kam daraufhin zu uns. Hier wurde sie einige Monate lang tierärztlich behandelt und auch ihre emotionalen Wunden konnten heilen. Nun ist Jade bereit, das sichere Zuhause zu finden, das sie sich wünscht und verdient! Jade ist eine unglaublich liebevolle, sanfte und soziale Katze, die ihren Menschen unendlich viel Liebe geben wird. Sie ist immer auf der Suche nach Aufmerksamkeit und Kuscheleinheiten und liebt es über alles gekrault und geherzt zu werden. Die hübsche Tigerdame ist verspielt, süß und vertrauensvoll – Jade ist bereit ihr Leben wieder in vollen Zügen und ohne Angst zu genießen! Diese wundervolle Gefährtin füllt jedes Haus mit Wärme und Glück. Für Jade wünschen wir uns ein Zuhause in reiner Wohnungshaltung, damit sie stets sicher und geborgen ist. Auch sollte in ihrem zukünftigen Zuhause bereits eine andere Katze auf sie warten oder mit ihr einziehen dürfen, da sie nicht nur die Nähe von Menschen genießt sondern auch die ihrer Artgenossen. Jade versteht sich ebenfalls mit Hunden. Jade wurde positiv auf FIV getestet. Dies ist jedoch kein Grund sie nicht zu adoptieren, wenn man sich in die kleine Maus verliebt hat. FIV ist eine Viruserkrankung, die zu einer Schwäche des Immunsystems führen kann. Dennoch können FIV positive Katzen ein gleiches stolzes Alter erreichen, wie eine negativ getestete Katze! Das Virus ist ausschließlich auf andere Katzen übertragbar, Menschen und andere Tiere können sich nicht anstecken. Eine Übertragung KÖNNTE auch nur dann erfolgen, wenn es zu starken Bisswunden zwischen Artgenossen kommt. Eine negativ und eine positiv getestete Katze könnten also problemlos in einem Haushalt leben, sich ein Näpfchen und Kuschelplätze teilen, sofern alle Parteien verträglich sind. Auch wäre eine Übertragung durch den Geschlechtsakt möglich, was bei kastrierten Kätzchen ja sowieso wegfällt. Freigang kommt für Jade durch die Erkrankung daher aber nicht in Frage. Auf FelV wurde Jade negativ getestet. Wie alle unsere Katzen ist sie entwurmt, entfloht, gechipt und geimpft und besitzt einen EU-Heimtierausweis.
