A group of cats had been breeding in a rural house on the Livani side and two dogs were living there as well. The neighbors did not immediately realize that the inhabitants of their house had died; one dog had already died from hunger and cold, while the other was rescued. A total of three shelters took care of the group of cats. Striped-white Jasmine is one of this group. All the cats were quite wild, so in the shelter, with the help of volunteers, they had to start time-consuming socialization work. Currently, Jasmine has already become a brave cat that likes to play and cuddle with people, but she still does not like to be picked up. Kādās lauku mājās Līvānu pusē bija savairots pulks kaķu un dzīvoja vēl divi suņi. Kaimiņi ne uzreiz saprata, ka to māju iemītnieki ir nomiruši; viens suns badā un salā jau bija miris, otru izdevās izglābt. Par kaķu bariņu kopumā parūpējās trīs patversmes. Svītrainbaltā Jasmīna ir viena no šī pulka. Visi kaķi bija gana mežonīgi, līdz ar to patversmē, nākot talkā brīvprātīgajiem, nācās uzsākt laikietilpīgo socializācijas darbu. Šobrīd Jasmīna jau ir kļuvusi par drosmīgu minci, kura labprāt ar cilvēku spēlēsies un samīļosies, vien opā tikt ņemtai viņai vēl nepatīk.
