Jason zeigt sich im Tierheim sehr ängstlich und unsicher. Vermutlich hat er in seinem bisherigen Leben noch nicht viel kennengelernt. Beim Spaziergang reagiert er schreckhaft auf ungewohnte Geräusche und begegnet Menschen mit großem Misstrauen. Auch im Kontakt mit Artgenossen zeigt er sich sehr unsicher. Hat Jason erst einmal Vertrauen gefasst, zeigt er sich seiner Bezugsperson gegenüber sehr anhänglich und bindet sich eng an sie. Für ihn werden erfahrene, geduldige Menschen gesucht, die ihm mit Struktur und Ruhe helfen, Vertrauen aufzubauen und ihm die nötige Sicherheit vermitteln.
