Jeylo has lived with us since puppyhood and is a loving, playful, and people-oriented female dog with a friendly nature. She loves playing with balls and sticks, enjoys mental stimulation, and masters the basic commands. She usually prefers playing and mental stimulation over long walks. In everyday life, she shows clingy and loyal behavior. She was always kept as a second dog and got along very well with other dogs earlier. Since her castration last year, she has become somewhat more insecure around other dogs and may bark at them out of fear or insecurity, but does not show aggressive behavior. She usually meets smaller dogs more relaxed, but is fearful and prefers to avoid larger dogs. We have a two-year-old child in the household, with whom Jeylo gets along very well. Nevertheless, we would prefer a home without small children for her. Some food intolerances were detected in Jeylo, which are currently being treated together with a holistic animal health practitioner. Additionally, she was diagnosed with arthritis in her right front leg. This affects her only slightly in everyday life. After longer periods of rest, she hobbles at first but soon gets back to normal movement. She plays, runs, and shows a lot of enthusiasm. Jeylo lebt seit dem Welpenalter bei uns und ist eine liebevolle, verspielte und menschenbezogene Hündin mit einem freundlichen Wesen. Sie spielt sehr gerne mit Bällen und Stöcken, liebt Beschäftigung und beherrscht die Grundkommandos. Spielen und gemeinsame Beschäftigung bevorzugt sie meist mehr als lange Spaziergänge. Im Alltag zeigt sie sich anhänglich und loyal. Sie wurde immer als Zweithündin gehalten und kam früher sehr gut mit anderen Hunden zurecht. Seit ihrer Kastration im vergangenen Jahr ist sie gegenüber anderen Hunden etwas unsicherer geworden und verbellt diese teilweise aus Angst oder Unsicherheit heraus, zeigt dabei jedoch kein aggressives Verhalten. Kleineren Hunden begegnet sie meist entspannter, bei größeren Hunden ist sie ängstlich und weicht lieber aus. Wir haben ein zweijähriges Kind im Haushalt, mit dem Jeylo sehr gut zurechtkommt. Dennoch würden wir uns für sie eher ein Zuhause ohne kleine Kinder wünschen. Bei Jeylo wurden einige Futtermittelunverträglichkeiten festgestellt, die derzeit gemeinsam mit einer Tierheilpraktikerin behandelt werden. Außerdem wurde bei ihr Arthrose im rechten Vorderbein festgestellt. Im Alltag beeinträchtigt sie dies jedoch kaum. Nach längeren Ruhephasen humpelt sie anfangs kurz, läuft sich aber schnell wieder ein und bewegt sich danach ganz normal. Sie spielt, rennt und zeigt dabei viel Lebensfreude.
